These Terms and Conditions govern registration, bookings, participation in activities, competitions, championships and use of the website and facilities operated under the name RC Arena, located at RC Arena, Raju's Citadel, Nallagandla, Hyderabad, Telangana ("RC Arena", "we", "us" or "our").

By registering on our website, making a booking, visiting RC Arena or participating in any activity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1. Users must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. 2. Users are responsible for keeping their registered mobile number, email address and other account information updated. 3. A person below 18 years of age may register or participate only with the knowledge and consent of their parent or legal guardian. 4. Where registration is completed for a minor, the parent or legal guardian: • accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the minor; • confirms that the minor is medically and physically fit to participate; • accepts responsibility for supervising the minor where required; and • agrees to be responsible for any damage caused by the minor through misuse, negligence or failure to follow instructions. 5. RC Arena may reject, suspend or cancel a registration containing incorrect, misleading, duplicate or fraudulent information.

2. Nature of Activities

RC Arena provides recreational activities that may include: • RC car racing; • off-road RC driving; • tunnel or camera-based RC driving; • RC soccer and battle activities; • practice sessions; • multiplayer racing; • competitions, leagues and championships; and • other related entertainment activities. The availability, format, rules, duration and pricing of each activity may vary.

3. Bookings and Time Slots

1. All bookings are subject to availability. 2. A booking is considered confirmed only after the applicable payment has been successfully received and a confirmation has been issued. 3. Users should arrive at least 10 minutes before their booked time. 4. Late arrival may result in a reduced play duration. RC Arena is not required to extend the booked session when the delay is caused by the participant. 5. A booking is valid only for the date, time, activity and number of participants mentioned in the confirmation. 6. Bookings may not be transferred or resold without prior approval from RC Arena. 7. RC Arena may delay, reschedule, relocate or cancel a session due to equipment failure, maintenance, power interruptions, safety concerns, staff unavailability, emergencies or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

4. Payments

1. Prices displayed on the website may include or exclude applicable taxes, as mentioned during checkout. 2. Payment may be collected through UPI, cards, online payment gateways, cash or other supported methods. 3. Users must verify the booking details and amount before making payment. 4. RC Arena is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, UPI providers, payment gateways or other third-party payment services. 5. Any promotional offer, coupon, membership benefit or discount: • may be subject to separate conditions; • cannot be exchanged for cash; • may not be combined with another offer unless specifically allowed; and • may be withdrawn or modified for future bookings.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

1. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility will be governed by the policy displayed at the time of booking. 2. Processing charges, payment gateway charges or taxes may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted. 3. No refund may be provided for: • failure to attend the booked session; • late arrival; • removal from the facility due to misconduct; • refusal to follow safety instructions; • voluntarily leaving before the session ends; or • inability to participate due to incorrect information provided during registration. 4. Where RC Arena cancels a confirmed booking and cannot provide a suitable replacement slot, the customer may be offered a rescheduled session, store credit or refund of the amount paid for the affected activity. 5. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the bank or payment provider.

6. Safety Instructions

1. Participants must attend the safety briefing and follow all instructions provided by RC Arena staff. 2. Participants must use RC cars, controllers, headsets, batteries, chargers and other equipment only for their intended purpose. 3. Participants must not: • enter restricted track areas without permission; • touch moving RC vehicles during an active session; • intentionally crash vehicles into people, walls, equipment or other vehicles; • throw, drop, open, dismantle or modify any equipment; • interfere with another participant's controller or vehicle; • use personal batteries, chargers or modifications without approval; or • participate while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or any substance that may affect judgement. 4. RC Arena may stop a participant's session immediately if their actions are unsafe or may damage equipment or injure another person. 5. Closed footwear is recommended. Loose clothing, jewellery or accessories that may interfere with equipment should be avoided.

7. Health and Medical Responsibility

1. Participation in RC activities may involve flashing lights, screens, sounds, VR or FPV headsets, motion perception, bending, standing or moving around the facility. 2. Participants with epilepsy, photosensitivity, motion sickness, vertigo, recent injuries, heart conditions or any medical concern that may be affected by these activities should consult an appropriate medical professional before participating. 3. A participant must immediately stop and inform staff if they experience dizziness, nausea, discomfort, eye strain, disorientation or any other health concern. 4. RC Arena does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee that an activity is suitable for every individual. 5. In an emergency, the participant or guardian authorises RC Arena to contact emergency services and the emergency contact provided during registration.

8. Equipment Damage

1. Normal wear and tear and equipment failure not caused by the participant will not be charged to the participant. 2. The registered participant, parent, guardian or person responsible for the booking may be required to pay reasonable repair or replacement costs where equipment or property is damaged due to: • intentional misuse; • reckless driving; • failure to follow instructions; • unauthorised handling or modification; • throwing or dropping equipment; or • conduct outside normal gameplay. 3. RC Arena may inspect the equipment before and after a session. 4. Any existing damage should be reported before the session begins.

9. Participant Conduct

All visitors must behave respectfully towards staff, children, parents and other customers. The following behaviour is prohibited: • abusive, threatening or discriminatory language; • physical violence, harassment or bullying; • deliberate disruption of another customer's session; • cheating or tampering during a competition; • theft or damage to property; • unsafe running or pushing within the premises; • smoking, vaping or consuming prohibited substances; and • any unlawful or inappropriate activity. RC Arena may refuse entry or remove any person who violates these rules. No refund will be provided where removal results from misconduct or safety violations.

10. Competitions and Championships

1. Competitions may have additional rules relating to age groups, vehicle categories, qualifying rounds, lap timing, scoring, penalties and prizes. 2. Participants must follow the instructions and decisions of the appointed race officials. 3. RC Arena may impose penalties or disqualify participants for: • intentional collisions; • shortcutting the track; • controller or vehicle tampering; • outside assistance; • abusive conduct; • false registration details; or • violation of competition rules. 4. Unless there is a clear technical or recording error, the decision of the designated race official will be final for that event. 5. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless expressly stated. 6. RC Arena may modify the event schedule, format, number of rounds or participant grouping when reasonably required.

11. Personal RC Cars and Equipment

1. Personal RC cars, controllers, batteries or accessories may be used only where specifically permitted. 2. RC Arena may inspect personal equipment for track compatibility and safety. 3. RC Arena may refuse equipment that could damage the track, interfere with other controllers or create a safety risk. 4. Owners are responsible for their personal equipment. RC Arena is not responsible for ordinary wear, collision damage, loss or theft of personal RC cars or accessories, except where directly caused by RC Arena's proven negligence.

12. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their phones, bags, wallets, jewellery, RC cars and other belongings. Items should not be left unattended. Any lost property handed to RC Arena may be retained for a limited period and later disposed of or donated if it remains unclaimed.

13. Photography, CCTV and Media

1. CCTV may operate within the premises for safety, security, incident investigation and asset protection. 2. General photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during events and championships. 3. Promotional use of clearly identifiable images of a participant, particularly a child, should be based on separate consent obtained from the participant or parent/guardian. 4. A customer who does not wish to appear in promotional photographs or videos should inform the reception team before participating. 5. Customers may take personal photographs where permitted, provided they do not interfere with activities or violate the privacy of other visitors. 6. Professional or commercial photography requires prior permission.

14. Personal Information and Communications

1. RC Arena may collect information such as the participant's name, age group, mobile number, email address, guardian details, emergency contact, booking history, payment status and activity preferences. 2. This information may be used to: • create and manage registrations; • confirm bookings and payments; • issue entry codes, coupons or membership benefits; • send operational updates; • manage competitions and leaderboards; • respond to customer enquiries; • address safety or security incidents; • prevent fraud and misuse; and • comply with applicable legal requirements. 3. Essential communications relating to registrations, bookings, payments, cancellations, safety and account activity may be sent by SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone. 4. Promotional messages should be sent only where the user has provided the required consent. Users may opt out of promotional communications without affecting essential booking-related messages. 5. Personal information may be shared with service providers such as payment gateways, website hosting providers, messaging providers and booking-system providers only where reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.

15. Website Use

Users must not:• attempt to access another user's account; • introduce viruses, malicious code or automated attacks; • copy or misuse RC Arena's branding, content or designs; • make fraudulent bookings; • exploit pricing, coupon or website errors; • scrape or reproduce website content for commercial use; or • use the website for any unlawful purpose. RC Arena may restrict access where suspicious, fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

16. Intellectual Property

The RC Arena name, logo, track names, graphics, website content, photographs, promotional materials, championship formats and original designs belong to RC Arena or their respective licensors. Registration or participation does not grant a user permission to copy, reproduce, modify, sell or commercially use such material.

17. Limitation of Liability

1. RC Arena will take reasonable steps to maintain its premises and equipment and provide appropriate safety instructions. 2. Participation involves ordinary risks associated with moving RC vehicles, electronic equipment, multiplayer activities, screens and physical movement around the facility. 3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RC Arena will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of opportunity or loss arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from RC Arena's proven gross negligence, wilful misconduct or violation of applicable consumer rights.

18. Indemnity

A participant, account holder or guardian may be responsible for reasonable losses, damages or expenses suffered by RC Arena due to their intentional misconduct, fraudulent activity, unlawful conduct or material violation of these Terms.

19. Suspension or Termination

RC Arena may suspend or terminate an account, booking or participation where the user: • provides false information; • misuses offers or coupons; • fails to make payment; • repeatedly fails to attend bookings; • behaves in an unsafe or abusive manner; • damages equipment; or • violates these Terms or applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

RC Arena may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will apply from the effective date displayed on the website. Material changes may be communicated through the website, registered email address, SMS or WhatsApp. Bookings already confirmed will generally remain subject to the terms communicated at the time of booking, unless a change is required for safety, security or legal compliance.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India. Users should first contact RC Arena and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any complaint. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights and any court having mandatory jurisdiction, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

23. User Declaration

By selecting "I Agree", creating an account, submitting a registration or completing a booking, I confirm that: • I have read and understood these Terms and Conditions; • the information provided by me is accurate; • I agree to follow all safety and conduct instructions; • I understand the cancellation and refund conditions; • where I am registering a minor, I am the parent or authorised legal guardian and consent to the minor's participation; and • I agree to receive essential communications relating to my account, booking, payment, safety and participation.
