TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or participating in any Arena RC Experience Centre activity. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Arena RC Experience Centre.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, creating an account, or entering Arena RC Experience Centre premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you confirm that all participants have agreed to these terms. These terms apply to all services offered by Arena RC Experience Centre ("Arena RC", "we", "us").

2. Bookings & Payments

2.1 Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a booking confirmation email/WhatsApp message with your QR ticket. 2.2 Pricing: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes. 2.3 Group Bookings: For groups of 10 or more, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 48 hours before the session. 2.4 Add-Ons: Optional add-ons (pit crew upgrades, livery customisation, spectator passes) must be selected at the time of booking and are non-transferable.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Customer Cancellations: • More than 72 hours before session: Full refund. • 24–72 hours before session: 50% refund or full credit for rescheduling. • Less than 24 hours before session: No refund. Credit note valid for 90 days may be issued at our discretion. 3.2 Arena RC Cancellations: If we cancel your session due to technical issues, safety concerns, or force majeure, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. 3.3 No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows without prior notice. 3.4 Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Participation Rules & Safety

4.1 Age & Height Requirements: Minimum age is 6 years. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the spectator zone. Specific zones may have additional height or age requirements displayed at the venue. 4.2 Health & Fitness: Participants must be in good physical health. Persons with heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, or recent surgery should consult a doctor before participating. Arena RC reserves the right to refuse participation on safety grounds. 4.3 Conduct: Aggressive driving, deliberate collisions, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal from the track without refund. Verbal or physical abuse of staff or other participants will result in a permanent ban. 4.4 Protective Equipment: Helmets and neck braces are provided and must be worn at all times on the track. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Arena RC is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to wear provided safety equipment. 4.5 Alcohol & Substances: Participation under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.

5. Liability & Indemnity

5.1 Assumption of Risk: RC racing involves inherent risks including minor collisions, equipment malfunction, and physical exertion. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. 5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arena RC's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. 5.3 Exclusions: Arena RC is not liable for: loss or damage to personal property; indirect, consequential, or economic losses; injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or rules. 5.4 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Arena RC against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your negligent or wilful conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Arena RC website and app — including logos, zone names, race report formats, livery designs, and the "Arena RC Experience Centre" brand — is owned by or licensed to Arena RC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Race footage and photos taken by Arena RC cameras during your session may be used for promotional purposes. You will be notified and may opt out by contacting us before your session.

7. Loyalty Programme

7.1 Earning Points: Points are awarded per booking as displayed in your customer dashboard. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. 7.2 Redemption: Points may be redeemed against future bookings at the rate displayed in the app. Minimum redemption thresholds apply. 7.3 Expiry: Points expire 12 months after the last booking activity on your account. 7.4 Programme Changes: Arena RC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty programme at any time with 30 days' notice.

8. Privacy

Your use of Arena RC services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
