Your booking request

Submitting this form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. RC Arena will contact you to agree on availability and pricing. Pending requests do not reserve track capacity. No payment is collected on this website.

Information you share

We collect your name, phone number, requested track, visit date, time, player count and any notes you provide to manage your visit and contact you about the request. Please do not include sensitive information in the notes. These details are accessible through the owner’s protected booking dashboard and stored using the website hosting service.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a request, contact RC Arena on +91 9970016869. Any payment, cancellation or refund conditions must be agreed with the team before payment.

WhatsApp and maps

WhatsApp and Google Maps links open third-party services with their own privacy policies. Booking information is not automatically sent to WhatsApp; you choose whether to send a message.

Children and group visits

An adult should submit booking details for children. Battle Ball Arena requires at least 2 players; Laser Car requires at least 4. Contact us to arrange larger groups or multiple experiences.
